Licensed Electrical Contractor · Lic. #15738 · Fully Insured
Large-scale new construction electrical for multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects. From ground-break to turnover across the Northeast and beyond.
Who we are
Thaler Electric Inc is a full-service electrical contractor headquartered in Howell. Our specialty is large-scale new construction: the multifamily developments, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities that take a city block from dirt to occupancy.
We run projects the way general contractors need them run. Tight coordination with the trades, realistic schedules, clean rough-ins, and inspections that pass the first time. Every job is led by licensed professionals and fully insured.
What we build
Garden apartments, mid-rise, and high-rise. Unit wiring, house panels, common areas, and site lighting, phased to keep your schedule moving.
Office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use towers from core and shell through tenant fit-out.
Distribution centers, manufacturing, and cold storage with heavy power, high-bay lighting, and equipment feeds.
Services, switchgear, transformers, and feeders engineered for today's load and tomorrow's growth.
Temp power, site lighting, and utility coordination so every other trade can get to work on day one.
Bring us in early. We help owners and GCs right-size the electrical scope, cut waste, and hit budget without compromising the build.
